August 15, 2014 DENNIS IS HERE!
The baby is here and he is SO SWEET!! He came out of that crate with kisses for everybody! That trip didn’t bother him a bit! I had brought some cooked gizzards and he was starving, barely chewed. He ate, peed and pooped and we headed home stopping at the park so he could run a little before going home and meeting the girls. Harlee held him while everybody checked him out, he was a little nervous but took it all in stride. We fed him every hour until he finally left food in his bowl.
He’s a sweetie!! Lots more to come on Dennis Mitchell, I can’t wait to see what color he’ll end up! Β π
August 14, 2014 Dottie & Wally babies!
WE are SO anxious to get more of these beauties!! September 24th can’t come quick enough! Β The girls are getting SO BIG!! They don’t look like babies anymore π¦ Gee that time goes fast (same with kids)! We are anxious to meet Dennis tomorrow! It’s been so long since we’ve had babies we’re looking forward to all those kisses!!
August 13, 2014 Big/Henri!!
HAHA this always cracks me up. Big/Henri always watches TV. He is watching America’s got talent, although Animal Planet is his favorite. Those Patti Sue and Ruben babies are SO FUNNY. Gracie and I will be off to Ohio next Wednesday to meet with Horace. Harlee will be here to help grandpa dog sit. I sure hope we get babies this time. Dogs are frustrating because so many things are a mystery. They can’t tell you so most things are just guessing. Got our fingers crossed!!
August 13, 2014 Running out of summer
The girls LOVE the water! ALL of them! I really enjoy watching them dive and swim π Gracie cracks me up, she lands right on the ball :). She is so delightfully silly! She has started her heat so next week we will go visit Horace for the second time. I really hope she has babies this time so many disappointed people ( including me) last time π₯ I KNOW she had babies! huge appetite for first month then suddenly not interested in food. Dogs don’t miscarry like people, the babies are absorbed, they simply go away. Parris did this twice we took her to Michigan state vet school and they found a cyst on her ovary that caused her to lose the babies, once treated she went on to have wonderful babies!! We have lots of deposits so I’m not taking any more for the Dottie and Grace babies until we see who we get. So exciting we can’t wait! DENNIS comes Friday we can’t wait to meet him!! Will be so fun having a baby again!!
August 12, 2014 Dad of Dennis
August 11, 2014 WE FOUND DENNIS!
Finally! WOW what a grueling process! I wanted a unique boy and I think I found him. Brindle (his mom is below). How come nobody has any grand parents? How come nobody keeps their own pups? How come nobody posts pictures of their babies where they sleep/eat/play? Buying a baby from these people seems so risky!! Their adults arn’t groomed and their tails are down. Don’t they know all that matters?? I guess I was looking for a puppy from ME π but I sure didn’t find anybody who does what we do!! I’m so glad we are unique in the treatment of our beloved adults and our babies! In my selection of Dennis I talked to a lady who had two of this breeders pups, older full siblings to Dennis. I was glad she was so happy with her dogs and the lady she got them from. I’ll be looking for a partner home for him (although I’d love to keep him) he’ll be here FRIDAY!!
August 10, 2014 Roman and Oliver
Cassanova/Roman (Francis and Beau baby) and Aiden/Oliver (Patti Sue and Ruben) He loves his blanket, wouldn’t put it down for the picture haha!! Such wonderful puppies we’ve had. These wonderful dogs have touched so many lives, especially mine! I really enjoy seeing them and the families that love them SO MUCH!! The search continues for DENNIS!! It takes an act of God to get current pictures of these pups. What’s the secret anyway? No wonder everybody loves our daily photos!!! I would appreciate seeing the baby doing something other than being held in a stand or sit!!!
