This theme is “Second Amendment” ☺️ gunner, Ruger, Winchester, Jarrett, Ammo, Walther, BB, Marlin and Benelli😀😀Everybody doing great. I hope Rosalie’s babies come faster than sister Rene’s 12 hours was hard on all of us.

May 3, 2016 Silly babies

imageI love how Lisa posts so many pictures of Franc/Koa on her Facebook page, I love seeing him and how goofy he is ( like his mom) ❤️❤️☺️
Parris is finally feeling better, actually had a spring in her step at the park. She isn’t eating very good but better. She didn’t sleep all day so I’m hopefully she will be her ol self by our next vet visit on the 12th. Still waiting for babies😬

May 2, 2016 Puppy watch!

imageIt’s almost time!! I actually hate this part ( the day they come and the day they go) it’s exciting and nerve wracking both. The waiting is murder😬 Watch face book for all the latest news!! Puppy cam is on, there is a link on the menu of our website😀

May 1, 2016 Dennis babies

Max/Franc

Dennis sure gave us fabulous babies!! Max/Frank is a Rosalie babies 50 lbs at 6 months and so tall!! More of these beauties next week😀😀

Frank/Koa is a Grace baby.  His brindle color is stunning!! More of these babies this fall😀

Rene is pretty uncomfortable, looks like another 9 or ten beauties coming our way in the next few days.  I can’t wait.  It is so exciting seeing who you get!! She spent the day in the crate today when Harlee and I went to Lansing to watch Harry Potter with Trisha and the twins.  She reads them the book before they can see the movie, it was very fun to see it with them (Chamber of secrets) We took Parris with us, I didn’t want to leave her home, she is worse on the new pills.  I hope she improves, weak and lethargic is no way to spend the rest of your days😭😭😭

April 30, 2016 Pet park

imageEven though it’s been freezing cold I’ve been able to get the park ready for the May 21st reunion!! I have wanted this trailer gone but it was over $1000 to have it hauled out, when I got the kittens I was glad I had it 😀 So now I’m trying to make it look good 😀I hate that fan on the front but the guys won’t help me take it off😡 I’ll think of something😛
My poor Parris is not doing well on her new meds, she is worse. She has no energy and won’t eat. I’m hoping that will pass😢 I sure hate doing anything that will make her last days miserable even if it’s suppose to help her😭😭😭

April 29, 2016 Lyra Loo

Lyra spent the day with us. I gave her a haircut and we played at the park. Like her mother Grace, she loves it there. She cracks me up scooping up the ball and teasing with it. Nobody dares take Grace’s ball, so her intimidation tactics are very amusing. Lyra was oblivious ☺️☺️
Parris started her CUSHINGS treatment today ( it’s a cancer drug to reduce the growth on her gland) she will have to take it the remainder of her life but I hope she returns to her perky self.

April 28, 2016 GLEE babies

imageHappy FIRST BIRTHDAY TO Rene and Wally’s GLEE BABIES Puck/Manny, Artie/Murphy, Kurt/Tosh, Finn/Fleury, Cameo/Belle, Sugar/Rolo, Sue/Maggie and MERCEDES😍❤️😘 such cuties!!! AND we can’t wait for more in six days ( give or take) everything is ready, I set up the puppy cams yesterday and they are broadcasting 😀 Watch our Facebook page for news of the babies arriving😀

April 27, 2016 Countdown!!

imageWe are entering the last week of our wait for babies!! Hopefully this time next week me and lots of new families will be VERY HAPPY☺️ To add to the fun the next week Rosalie shows us her babies!! Mindys going to stay with us, I think she prefers being here than surprise puppies in the back yard😳

April 26, 2016 Vera/Suki

imageParris and Reggie’s adorable baby girl Vera/Suki❤️ I have no idea how Parris had red babies, there is no red of apricot anywhere in her pedigree. What a pleasant surprise my sweet girl gave me. The vet called today and the test confirmed Parris has CUSHINGS disease. There are two causes but the most common is a benign tumor on the pituitary gland resulting in the over production of cortisol that regulates sugar and salt. Medication shrinks the growth and production returns to normal however she will need to stay on the meds all her life. I prefer this to Addison’s disease where no cortisol is produced ( much more difficult to regulate). Sadly old dogs wear out ( like old people) I’m so glad there is a fix for my precious girl and I can enjoy her company for awhile longer( a long while ) ❤️😍😍😍
