I love our summer fun photo’s, everybody having such a great time.  Sadly our numbers have been greatly reduced over the last couple years (five waiting for me at the rainbow bridge😥) summer won’t be the same without Reba, how she loved the lake😭 TBT makes me happy/sad.  Weather is getting better. We are back to our daily romps at the park.  Nicki’s leg is better.  Parris is still limping at 12 years old I worry about every change in her over all health😪



Our helpers today were more concerned with the noise outside than what we were up to😀 the geese were on the ice just honking up a storm! They love these sun room windows, they can see everything going on.  One more wall then the upstairs is ready for wiring.  Harlee and I are spending the weekend at the park with the poodles, we are really looking forward to it, we haven’t stayed for a few months.  We will be painting wine glasses for our reunion guests and watching our movie marathons☺️ the best weekends are our all girl weekends😀

We have been going over to the new house and working for 3-4 hours on putting up the walls. Pretty fun designing the rooms. We take a couple girls with us so they can get used to to it being their new home. Their job is to stay out of the way☺️ Not easy for girls that want constant pets😜 Both Nicki and Parris are still limping😫 but it is better with doses of asprin. Maybe just old bones, but sure seems odd.



There really is quite a bit of snow left at the park, it’s like walking on snow cone ice.  Girls had a great time.  Parris and Nicki both came home limping and I have no idea why, neither were tearing around.  Just seems SO ODD THEY ARE BOTH DOING IT.  I’ll give them asprin for a few days to see if it improves.  I’ve heard SO MANY stories of dog that are fine and suddenly start limping and has bone cancer.  No sores, bumps or lumps so it’s really very weird unless they did something getting in out out of the truck 😩 I hope that’s it.





OMG I HATE TIME CHANGE!!! We are so messed up.  The dogs wake me up and as soon as I make coffee they all go back to sleep😡 They just don’t figure I should sleep past six! I wish they’d move it a half hour and LEAVE IT ALONE!! Weather is getting better, so nice to see grass even if it is brown and mushy😀 Time to start going to the park every day!! YEAH!





WOW is all I can say about this guy!! Earl/Charley Bou,  RENE and Wally’s baby! His family sure loves him!! He is one pampered pet,  as it should be!! Weather is much warmer, a few more days and we can go back to the park ( crusty sharp snow) the girls will be SO HAPPY to resume our daily romps!! Mark your calendars for the SPRING REUNION May 16 ( details on face book page) I’m so excited about our friends traveling from far away stated!! If your going indicate so on the events tab, my plan is to bring some poodle wine glasses for those attending and need time to paint😊





I finished the Palace refresh☺️ we all love this thing although it’s pretty big.  Patti loves the dog house bottom, PARRIS ( and I ) love the stairs as she would get off the bed to get a drink then WAKE ME UP to lift her back on the bed😡and DOTTIE loves the bunk bed top that’s even with my mattress.  I built it a few years back but wanted colors that went better with my rugs ( yes the ones that got drenched with stinky boiler water when the pipe froze) still no floors OMG THIS MAKES ME NUTS!





Almost three years ago when I gave ROSALIE to Mindy as a birthday present😍 on Sunday she will be my daughter-in-law😃. They wouldn’t pick a date SO I DID☺️ as it turns out they had tickets to see Miranda Lambert in Grand Rapids so why not do both and make it a SUPER fabulous day!! WE ARE HAPPY TO HAVE HER JOIN OUR FAMILY!! She and Tom will be very happy😍

YES it’s true they all sleep with me.  Grace spreads out like six weeks wash but everybody else stays in their designated area.  Patti won’t get on the bed.  She sleeps in the palace at the end of the bed ( I’m giving it a face lift I’ll post pictures later) Dottie likes the top of the palace, cooler and more room I think.  We love sleeping together😴



Reba and Reggie’s baby PENNY and her buddy Lola on squirrel watch.  Lol poodles sure take their squirrel hunting serious haha.  Our squirrels tease the dogs.  They know just how far they can go to avoid danger.  Tootsie and Sassy ( our poodles when the boys were little) worked as a team and would snag a prize on occasion ( moles usually) so fun to see them hunt!
