Look who’s in a PRO PLAN COMMERCIAL!! Our DOTTIE/WALLY baby Bruce/Riley!! I don’t like kibble but I sure like to see our babies featured in an AD😀 so cold! I’m keeping busy painting coffee mugs and wine glasses😀 they are fun to do and beverages taste better in them TOO

I love my poodle scarf made by Genia Dumont and thought Patti would look cute in it. So knowing she is SO tolerant of anything you do to her I wrapped it around her and adjusted it until I could get a good picture. Genia has a couple scarfs for sale , they make great gifts I can tell you how to get in touch with her if you want one I think she has a red and cream😀 SOOOO cold here, out to pee and back in!

Our pretty girl from FRANCIS and Jack’s “BLACK” litter that was suppose to be brown😊 she is the littermate of Horrace the handsome. Woke up to -12 burrrr the dogs really want to go play but it’s so cold on their feet. WALLY and Rosalie go home today, so now we wait for signs of babies (usually 3 weeks at least). More girls starting cycles, agh I need these spread out😳

Today is a special day for me because of these two wonderful girls. In 2006 we bought them from a breeder in Ohio they were outside in a pen with 8 inches of matted fur (straw mixed in) their nails were so long they were curled into the pads of their feet and their ears had a hard ball of black goo and hair in each one. I had no idea who I was getting but it didn’t matter, they were Patti Sue, Citori and Jacks mother or Aunt. Both were nothing more than breeding stock (2 years old) but too much trouble as they needed maintenance other breeds did not. How fortunate for us. I’m so glad I was able to give them seven years of being a pampered pet, what they gave me in return was worth so much more! If you are in a position to rescue PLEASE DO!! Every dog deserves a second chance at a loving home😥 they are so very grateful to have the home they SHOULD have gotten the first time around😘

Happy SEVENTH 😭 birthday to FRANCIS Claire and Beau’s Valentine babies Amoire, Juliette/Hersey, Lovie/Cassie, Be Mine/Loki, Don Juan/Cal, Cupid/Beau, Casanova/Roman, Valentino/Mosley and Romeo/Curley. How I miss their mother 😭😭 cold and windy so no park today😥

What a sweet boy, he is SO GOOD whenever he’s here. No wonder his babies are so adorable, combine his sweetness with our delightful girls and you can’t go wrong with any baby in the litter. We were REALLY HAPPY with the Rene and Wally babies, such a wide variety of colors plus beautiful, sweet and smart! I expect the same from a Rosalie and Wally mix!!

Grace wasn’t very impressed with her first Ranger ride! Tom usually takes RENE who loves to go but since we needed a quick measurement at the new house I decided to take Grace who really didn’t know what to make of her first ride. The new house is on the other side of the lake so it’s a short but bumpy trip haha she really couldn’t wait to have it over. What a silly girl she is, she is an endless source of amusement.

Happy THIRD BIRTHDAY to the Harry Potter babies OUR GRACIE and her siblings Hannah, Luna, Fleur/Olive, Eunice/Mayzie, Vincent/Merlin, Duncan/Rocky, Stanley/Harley and Stewart/Wellington!! Wow three already! I hate birthdays!! They remind me that time is ticking by and that 10-14 years goes by too fast!! Below is some of my favorite pictures of our goofy Grace!

Horrace reminds me so much of his grandpa Ruben! That big head and sweet loving eyes!! We will be heading to Ohio here in the next few weeks for babies with Grace!! We have a long list of people who want those babies (including Harlee who gets to pick a baby) of all the poodles I’ve had over the years those related to Ruben have a distinct sense of humor like no other. Grace is three tomorrow!! With no babies I’ve kept busy painting cups and wine glasses😀 I made these two for some special friends
