Going to the vet is usually pretty routine but not today. Harlee and I started out (early as usual) with the four pups and Lyra in the Poohaul about 5-6 miles away the engine started missing and acted like it was going to stall we went a bit farther hoping it would clear up, it didn’t so we turned around and headed home to get the car. Since we weren’t planning on puppies in the car we had nothing to clean up puke and was hoping it wouldn’t be necessary 😉That however was not the case as all four had relieved themselves of their breakfast by the time we got there ( and lay in it) thinking back it may have been my driving since we were now late😬 At any rate we made it, they got their shots and we cleaned everybody up when we got home. Mission accomplished 😀

Every afternoon we bring the babies Frozen Kongs (they have peanut butter and yogurt inside) they KNOW and are so excited when they see Harlee with the container. She’s a trooper and suffers the assault to deliver their treats😀

Our adorable babies that are still with us, all had home but due to unforeseen events, timing to get a new baby was not good😩 since we want our babies the center of attention in their new homes we totally agree it’s best to wait😉 In the mean time we are enjoying their kisses😀 Tyrion weighed in at 23 lbs ( I expect him to be in the 80-85 lb range) Jamie 21 lbs. Ed 17.8 lbs and Lysa 18.2 our small babies are bigger than average poodles, we like me BIG😀

Merrick was here with Harlee a couple of days, when they weren’t swimming they were playing with puppies😀 The babies sure like lovin😀 They come running 90 mph ears flapping when we go see them. They are beyond adorable!!

I could not be happier with the Grace & Dennis babies❤️ Huge ( most were in the 80 lbs range at 8 months) beautiful colors and so sweet😍 We have Lyra and she is so fun. Grace loves having her here, we especially enjoyed watching her protect Lyra from Dave/Remy☺️ She shows Remy her teeth to which he promptly runs off, then she kisses Lyra. So funny😂 Poodles are endless comedy😜

Thunderstorms today, very hard to get good pictures indoors, the babies are either moving or on my lap kissing me☺️ Both impossible for photos😜

OMG THESE FACES! So darn cute! I give weekly haircuts so they are used to the clippers (and I don’t like wooly faces) they are cooler with shaved feet too. As they get older they typically object more with every haircut( you would have thought I was killing Ed the little fit he was throwing😉) But it was 91 degrees and they really didn’t want me holding them. Lysa objected a little toward the end. Jamie and Tyrion were so patient and compliant 😍 Such sweet easy going babies.

In the afternoon when it’s especially hot the babies get Kongs with Frozen peanut butter and yogurt. Takes them longer to eat and must be refreshing. They sure know what I’m carrying and get so excited!! Biting is much better 😀 Although they were not as bad as some other litters. Like kids they need to know good manners😀 They haven’t gone potty in the house in weeks and the babies who have gone home have easily caught on to what door and where in the yard they need to go, so smart!! So eager to please!!

We had company today on the sandbar☺️ Max and Chase came with grandpa Doug. Harlee SO enjoys her shark suit. She gets lots of laughs and loves the attention. Chase had on a SHARK ZONE Tshirt haha. Remy loves the water and gets so excited when we get on the pontoon. Doesn’t take them long to settle into a new routine. He will be happy to be back home and center of attention I think😀 I can’t believe this heat😩 My babies can’t fly which really limits new home selection😕 Agh we are getting so attached to them😭 We never have babies this long.

We adore these babies, such lovers! They STOP what they’re doing to race to see us😍 Tyrion is HUGE 20 lbs at 10 weeks. His marking are fabulous his brown is brindle. He looks at me so lovingly I dread the day he leaves😭(But I hope it’s soon as we get more attached to each other😩) Jamie is a big boy too 17.5 lbs he loves both Harlee and I and goes back and forth between us. He is so laid back, happy to sit on our lap and soak up the love. We love his color and those expressive eyes😍
Ed is 15 lbs. He loves Harlee and is so so sweet😘 Being the smallest we have spoiled him rotton😉 Lysa (15.7 lbs) is so funny, she takes on the boys and gives them a run for their money. She is rare sable. Her dark hair will turn light( like her nose did) this color is so fun, a poodle like no one else has!! We would gladly keep any/all of them😀 ( I know, we say that about all our babies😜)
